LOS ANGELES – A La Mirada musical lighting association alleges one of a copyrighted flare designs was used but accede by a Pomona company.

Dale Tiffany Inc. filed a censure on Jan. 23 in a U.S. District Court for a Central District of California against
Dynamic Way and Does 1 by 50

alleging copyright infringement.

According to a complaint, a plaintiff alleges that it suffered indemnification to a business from carrying a Boehme Table Lamp pattern copied but a permission. The plaintiff binds Dynamic Way and Does 1 by 50 obliged since a defendants allegedly continued to duplicate and sell equipment that infringes plaintiff’s copyright notwithstanding being told by a plaintiff of a purported transgression in Nov 2016.

The plaintiff requests a hearing by jury and seeks saving damages, orthodox indemnification of $150,000 for any work infringed, profits, injunctive relief, interest, all authorised fees and any other service as a justice deems just. It is represented by Steven Y. Han of The Han Law Group in Los Angeles.
