Design for Progress Launches Benefit Auction

Design for Progress has launched a spring advantage auction of high-end seat and objects to support the ACLU, Run for Something, Sierra Club, and Campaign Legal Center. Launched by Sight Unseen editors Monica Khemsurov and Jill Singer, Design for Progress aims to combine a pattern village by providing financial assistance to on-going causes.
“Sight Unseen has always been about providing impulse and formulating a height for unheard voices,” says Khemsurov. “We devise to use that height for a opposite cause, by providing assistance to causes that will be underneath conflict underneath America’s new administration.”
The auction, hosted by Paddle8, will showcase over 40 works by tip designers that have been specifically consecrated and are one-of-a-kind, editioned, or singular prototypes—altogether valued during scarcely $100,000.
