Man condemned for assaulting male with damaged potion lamp

LOVELOCK, Nev. (KOLO) – A male who certified assaulting a male with a damaged potion flare has been condemned to 9 years in prison.
29-year-old Rafael Alfonso Medina Jr., a member of a Lovelock Paiute Tribe, was condemned Jul 24, 2018 by U.S. District Judge Larry R. Hicks. He had pleaded guilty to one count of attack ensuing in critical corporeal injury.
According to admissions in his defence agreement Medina regularly assaulted a male Jan 1, 2016 in Lovelock, on his head, arms, and physique with a damaged potion list lamp. The plant was flown to a sanatorium in Reno for treatment, nutritious serious blood detriment requiring a blood transfusion, as good as amputation of a finger, and staples and sutures for his injuries.
The box was investigated by a Bureau of Indian Affairs.
